Remember: You do not need a doctor’s prescription or referral to receive an evaluation or treatment from a licensed physical therapist in the state of California.
Some of the insurance carriers might not be listed. Therefore, please call our offices to confirm with our front desk team. We are more than happy to get you back to doing the things you love the most, with or without insurance.
